FEBRUARY 28 - MARCH 2  |  2025

So much of our life has to do with keeping the world at bay, of learning to live under siege; of coping and of trying to create a space in which to catch our breath. In this weekend I will look at ways of working from a deeper, a priori, rested core that already exists inside us, but which can only be approached through various forms of undoing rather than doing. These daily acts of undoing can take very practical forms and become an integral and emboldening part of our practice and our daily lives; in this weekend I will exemplify them through physical experiences made real through the best in poetry and the best in our contemplative traditions. We will look at some of these practices through poetry, insight, and the art of asking beautiful questions: questions that change our world and our sense of self, simply through asking them sincerely and wholeheartedly.
